Ok to follow along in the footsteps of my friend Wild Potato, I have decided to post a very yummy recipe! This is super easy and delicious! For those of you who will be joining me next week for girl's night you will be getting a sampling of these!
Caramel Brownies
1 bag of caramels(kraft caramels are the only way to go!)
2/3 cup evaporated milk(DIVIDED)
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 sticks of butter(melted)
Melt bag of caramels and 1/3 cup of evaporated milk on low heat. Remember to remove the caramels from the bag and wrapping, taking extra care not to eat any of the caramels!!! Set aside.
Mix together in a bowl the cake mix and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Spread 1/2 of the batter on the bottom of a greased pan. Bake at 350F for 8 minutes.
Pour melted caramels over the top of the baked cake, pour the remaining batter over the top of the caramel(you will want to see the caramel). Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, cool before cutting.
Enjoy from one Chocolaholic to another!
